What is included in my venue rental?

What is the capacity for a wedding reception?

Our upper barn area can hold up to 200 guests.  We want everyone to be comfortable and have FUN!

Where can I have my ceremony?

The exterior area on the ground level of our barn is ready to go for your ceremony!  We include a wedding arbor that you can decorate .  In the event of inclement weather, you will have access to our lower level barn ceremony area - with no need for a room turnover!

Can I have my pet at my wedding?

We welcome you to include your furry friend(s) in your ceremony and photos.  They must be on a leash at all times while on the property.  While we love our pets too (you might meet our lab Rusty while you're here) animals are not allowed in any of the interior spaces as food and beverages are being served.  Please be sure to plan ahead for another loved one to transport your pet.

When will my rehearsal be?

We will try our best to accommodate the evening before your wedding day.  However, there may be another event the evening before.  Want a guaranteed rehearsal time, book a Friday with Thursday add on!  Otherwise, we will work together to select a date the week of your wedding.

What are the payment terms?

The nitty gritty details will be in the contract, but in short...to book your date we will need a $1000 deposit, with 50% of the balance due 6 months prior to your event, and the remainder 30 days prior.  Payments will be accepted in cash or check.  Credit payments will incur an additional convenience fee of 2.5%.

When will I have access to the venue?

Access to the bridal suite begins at 8am on your wedding day!  Vendors will have access on your wedding day also, and we will coordinate times with them.  Since there may be other events the day prior and the day after your event, we kindly ask that you remain within your access period selected in your package.  We encourage you to attend one or more of our open houses after you've booked a date and bring along vendors or other loved ones who want to get the lay of the land.

What happens if it rains?

We've got you covered!  We will set up our lower barn area for your ceremony and then the rest of your beautiful day goes as planned!  There is no room changeover required and guests can proceed directly upstairs to the reception area!  You may want to grab one of our umbrellas and head outside for some rain photos though!!

What can I use to decorate?

We ask that you not use staples, nails, or thumbtacks in the barn.  Command strips or tape must all be removed.  Please be mindful of any decor that may scratch the floors and place a protective barrier underneath.  Enclosed candles may be used (no tapers or open flames) and no sparklers, fireworks, or confetti.
